I'm fucking pumped. I just bought 3 tix for them at mohegan sun, and hopefully getting ones tomorrow for cleveland, nj, and maryland. im a little pissed i bought bes available at the highest price point and im in the back corner. might try and get better tickets tomorrow at the gerneral sale. I'm also sorta pissed that I couldnt get anything decent at the nj presale. I'm also pissed that I had to spend $5 at a presale password website to find out that the mohegan sun password was "heaven" which I wouldve guessed anyway, ,and was also the password for PNC, which I found for free.
Also, does anyone know what the tailgate situation is at mohegan sun? is it relaxed like the meadows, ie a cop finds clearly underage kids and tells one to hit the funnel with all the foam in it or hell confiscate. says "rock on" and drives off, or like punxustawney, PA groundhogs today where you can get arrested for drinking a half a beer. Not that I need to drink to have fun at this concert I was sober for my last Dio show and it rocked. Something like Poison and Cinderella needs some enhancement though.

yea megadeth and machine head, but im a HUGE Dio fan so that takes precedence for me. I like the new song too.
I also just bought lawn tickets for Maryland.

the new song is pretty cool. The riffs and guitar sound are good... massive guitars. The chorus is a little weak, but passable. The soloing is pretty good, not as pentatonic as his usual stuff.

No tailgate oppurtunity at Mohegan Sun. Fairly secure lots with monitored parking garages, there's probably less than 1000 spots on the whole complex that are outdoors. You're better off tailgating on their dime in front of some slots prior to the event...

Yeah, I also got 2 tix for Mohegan sun during the internet presale on thurs. I actually found out there was an earlier fan prepresale the day before at noon, but found out about it too late, but the seats I got are alright. there prolly was a preprepresale I still don't know about!!
