that dude sucks IMHO, his attempt to play the riff was sloppy and yeah it is in dropped D but I always play it in E because I don't tune down.

nah bro, that's not necessary, but thanks though. I used to try to play that back in the day and just have always loved that riff and I was able to re-learn it the right way from that instructional, despite the vid guy being a clown.

the dude is a clown but he got the drop D correct on Killing in the Name, another cool riff he had a vid on.

Lay It Down, You're In Love, and a couple other RATT tunes are most definitely, 100% positively, Drop D tuning.

Warren is a god, I never get tired of hearing his tasty leads.

Sounded pretty good, a little too many mids for my taste, but the wierdest thing was the lack of energy from the band, they looked very tired or something? Anybody notice that? Jack.

yes thanks everyone, I played it tonight and drop D it is, it gives it that fat bottom end on the first D chord, great stuff! that's what I was always missing when I was playing it in my younger days. too funny.

well that was right before they split up right? they were getting less and less popular and their later albums weren't very good. that would make me tired. plus drugs.
