I met Zakk at Ozzfest a few years ago and he was kind enough to take a few pics with us. He best part was he actually spent some time talking with us, not just "yeah" and "no" answers. He was very gracious and patient with his time.

I agree. He's a bit over the top at times and may rub some people the wrong way, but there's no denying the guy's ability as a guitarist.
