LOL I was thinking the exact same thing. And try as I might, I cannot remember this band at all. I don't remember hearing of them, and I certainly don't ever remember seeing this video.

I was 13 in 1985. I would think I would/should remember them, even if I didn't care for them (which I don't), but I just don't remember.

MTV may have showed this more than once, but I wouldn't take bets on it. I only knew about the band because of Kerrrang!
