I have seen this bulletin board game many a time, I know, he is popular, he has respect, people like him, so he can insult the newbies cause well, they are newbies, they know nothing of us (the old timers, the great ones) and have to "earn" respect. And believe me, he isnt experiencing any grief. If he were he would tell the mods to ban me and they would because he is a great one and I am a newb. But settle down, its a Bulletin Board!!! Cant we talk guitars, and amps?

I have sold a "few" albums.
Regarding hearing me... I suppose I have been heard by millions technically.
I did the guitar track for Carribean Queen by Billy Ocean. I am pretty sure it went to #1 or close to it.
I was also a finalist to replace Randy Rhoads for the Speak of the Devil tour. That was pretty cool I guess. It was a long time ago.

No the other guitar player likes to play lead more, not better. I like playing riffs more than soloing, if you dont believe me, then you dont believe me, thats my opinion.

I've seen women post clips on this and other message boards, and guys line up to give them compliments. If a guy posted the same clips, they would get much fewer kudos if any.

No, this does NOT apply to every female who posts clips, but it happens a lot.

At this point there are few Female Shredders, so when any girl is playing they will get more attention for the same level of skill than a male player. if It were 50/50 then people would not be so amazed at average female players, like in Tennis where females get as much attention as males so there is not this Men Vs Women thing
