It's a comedian in-joke. They try to make it more depraved than anyone else has told it, and ad-lib it, the point being the telling of the joke, not the punchline itself.
There was a film made a few years ago with a load of comics telling their versions of it, I haven't watched those other clips yet, but I'd guess that's where they come from. It's a crap film, it's just a smug backslapping film of a secret club you can't be in because you aren't a comedian.
The worst thing is, I find absolutely nothing appalling or shocking about any of it, once you've heard one stream of filth, you've heard them all. I guess reading Marquis De Sade's 120 Days of Sodom as a youth did that, it's much the same, just a catalog of depraved, mostly improbable, sex acts.
In fact, these days if you wanted to get the audience to wince you would need to get a white man up on stage starting his joke with "This ****** walked into a Chinky.........."
