Okay here's a few fuck ups on live television.
The Time Performing "Jerk out"
Keyboardist Jimmy Jam's microphone wasn't on when he made his introduction of Morris Day and Jesse Johnsson's Wireless dies leaving him without a sound and a guy running up to plug a lead into his guitar. You can hear his frustration when he does the solo.
Kiss Performing "The oath" and "A world without Heroes" on "Fridays" this performance was one disaster after another. Listen closely how Ace breaks his B string during the solo of "The Oath" fucking up his solo. And during "A world without Heroes" his wireless died, you can see him play but no sound other than buzzing in the background, it takes the crew nearly half the song to fix it.
Nirvana performing "Drain you" live on French TV. During the mid section, Kurt's guitar dies, watch him flip the pickup switches and fumble with the pots in confusion. Luckely they had Pat as a fall back measure in such an emergencyComment
