I recognize the guitarist (Gus G) but the song itself, not bad.
I stumbled across it and surprisingly for me anyways, I liked it abit.
As would be obvious, this isn't their best song, even so
where can I pickup the CD, from what I heard from this song the other tunes
will probably prove decent.
Anyone else heard of them?

I got all four Firewind cds from there..theur last "Allgience" is their best IMO

Gus G is also in Mystic Prophesy, older Dream Evil, and older death/thrash band ala Arch Enemy called Nightrage..but he's not on their last one.

I love this band. I have 5 of their CD's which includes a demo. I was doing research on the Gus G guitar when I ran across these videos and was instantly hooked.

"Allegiance" also is the debut for Firewind's current vocalist, Apollo Papathanasio, who replaces Stephen Fredrick.

I like them. I've got Between Heaven and Hell and its chock full of cracking sing along catchy metal. Gus G is good but not as good as to deserve all the attention he gets. The old singer was savage, I've heard some songs from the newer one and he seems good too, I'll have to pick up the cd.

And dammit, what's with all the Youtube comments about Dragonforce in the Firewind videos? They sound NOTHING alike to me. Elitist pricks/kids, it's just music.
