so 10 times platinum equals 9 million units sold? I have no idea how many albums you need to sell in the US to achieve platinum status.

But regardless, comparing 2 DL albums to 1 AC/DC album can't really be declared a tie. What about total sales on either bands total catalogues? That would be a fair comparison. Or total sales of DL albums compared to the same number of AC/DC's best selling albums. Anything else is just manipulating data to suit your own agenda

To me AC/DC has changed their sound here and there (not to mention the big differences in the Bon Scott vs. Johnson era) but they haven't needed to change their sound overall, the fans still love it and I know what to expect whenever I want to hear it. Kick ass rock.

I know I'm not gonna get an album that pulls a Queensryche "Hear in the Now Frontier" or a Guns n Roses "Spaghetti Incident" on me.

Dio ALWAYS speaks his mind. check some of the interviews with him on youtube. he never holds back and says what he wants to say. some people think he's egoistical and an ass, but to some extent you have to be if you want to make it and not let everybody walk over you. the thing is, he does it tactful hehe

Ronnie has allways been a very cool person although his lyrics are still horrible 2nd grader crap..... but "I hope he fucking dies" is a pretty fucking lame thing to say... he can tear Viv a new one by using a little bit cooler sentences.... "he's a fucking asshole".... that works just fine
