I'll admit it does take a lot of effort to learn to do the death grunt style vocals, but with enough training anyone can do it. With all the training in the world I couldn't hit an E above high C.

Honestly though, I hated death metal for eons, it was only acouple years ago I started getting into it. Some really good shit in there. (Black metal vox is better though ) Halide's vocals are very poorly done, and really shouldn't be used as a basis point here. They don't even sound like death metal, more like a xhardcorex bands... whatever the adverb verb combination is.
