Pics of Terry Balsamo's "Halloween" Ibanez?

I just wondered if anyone has ever run across any pics of Terry Balsamo's custom Ibanez with Michael Meyers painted on it? I saw it once in a guitar magazine, and from what I recall, it had inlays that looked like the butcher knife from the movie too. I looked on the Ibanez sites, but nothing so far.
