PG, is fuckin' ingenious!. The guy comes up with a lot of fresh ideas related to guitar playing, tuning, etc.
That's what set him apart from the rest.

Paul Gilbert is one of my top 3 favorite players. Notice how that guitars lower horn is shaved for better fret access.

He speaks Japanese fluently, so it either before he learned, or he's in Korea or somewhere else.

this is in Korea, but yeah, he speaks Japanese quite well. he lived there for some time and his wife is Japanese as well!
