I saw them last night in Anaheim. I did the 5* thing for this one. It's the 2nd show I've seen them on this tour. The 1st being Staples Center in November. The show was solid, I wasn't blown away, it was good. The band sounded tight and played well.

The weak part for me was Ed's solo, I thought it blew. It was just a bunch of noodling around on the guitar with no flow, and was sloppy. His solo t the Staples Center was good, this one was pretty bad.

Of course as always my camera ran out of batteries half way through the show and I had to switch to my camera phone. I also got in trouble for filming the clips I did. The security guy was "You can take photos, but no video, got it"

All the tour pictures and video's that I have seen, Eddie is always wearing the same exact outfit.

A friend of mine also saw them in November and said Eddie's solo wasn't that great, in fact, he said it was a little pathetic and stupid.

Rumor is that Ed has been occassionally hitting the sauce again, so it might not just have been an "off night". For his sake, though, I hope not.

I'm telling you guys, Ed is under the influence of something. I keep hearing the same accounts from different sources, and they match what I saw back in October.

Of course, the fanboys will have a different view...

I hope he stays together until March I sold (ok scalped) my tickets I had to see them at MGS. I pretty much know I'm getting tickets to see them in March now in Hershey, PA. I agree it looks like EVH may be taking a hit once in awhile.
