you know, that part at 3:00 and just past that was just sick, those extended arpeggios up in the tiniest frets from top to bottom. that was some serious skilz going on there. some of that vid was great and some left me cold.
but I've never been a big "jam solo for 5 minutes" kind of fan. George will always be one of my favorites for his song writing, his in-the-song solos, his rhythm riffs, his call-and-answer style lead playing in Dokken, and his acoustic/clean work.
that is what Lynch is to me, not 10 minute solos at some guitar show.the guitar players look damaged - they've been outcasts all their livesComment

This got a little boring for me, and I've been a huge Lynch fan for years.
