Kirk had to wait at the Jackson factory for this guitar to be completed--the glue on the nut wasn't dry yet.
Kirk used this guitar for most of their songs in the late 80s, but it later became used for songs in D, such as SAD BUT TRUE.

We know the story. Also, the pickups are, of course, EMGs... an 81 in the bridge and an H in the neck (single coil in humbucker housing).

Someone else here stated they saw him live not too long ago with another black Rhoads but it had a Floyd.
