  • Winger Live DVD From 2007

Just got this from amazon.com and it absolutely rocks. I was stunned how good Jon Roth is on guitar and how much Reb shared the stage with him. Kip sounds amazing, and you can tell all 4 guys are having a great time playing. Enjoyed this from start to finish, you will too if you're a Winger fan... Highly Recommended!!

The played here in Detroit last February and my friend's band was one of the locals opening for them. There was a bunch of us hanging out so I partied way too much before Winger came on. I was a mess by the time they hit the stage and don't remember anything about the show.

They are playing here March 1st and I'm planning on going for sure. I dig Reb's playing alot. I'll have to check that DVD out as well.

Wait! Someone is actually admitting they are a Winger fan?

      For shame...

I kid, I kid. I saw them in 1989. They were decent live back then...
      I'm angry because you're stupid

I've read that Pull has some good stuff on it. Not as "sugary" as their first couple of records.

Pull is very good. I don't much listen to the first two albums any more, but Pull still gets a regular spin. I still haven't heard their last one yet.
          Hail yesterday

            Pull is awesome..sick production....great songs...totally underrated.

Winger IV is a very modern sounding, almost progressive metal album.

And Reb's playing is always sick.

I sure am! But when i finally got to see them live for the FIRST TIME
last year, they were all noise, and no finesse. Very dissapointing, at
least in Arizona. I'll pick this one up, maybe it will heal the wounds!

Unfortunately some of the smaller venues have crappy PAs so you shouldnt base your opinion on one show.

I saw them at BB Kings Wed night and the sounded was pretty clear.

I took Kristi to a show on this tour. Here in Chicago, we had the distinct pleasure of Paul Taylor coming up on stage for a song. It was actually a great show. The band is pretty much in top form. I think they may be playing here again very soon, if not we've just missed it. (just not that big of a fan of the HoB as a concert venue)

Actuallly... they haven't played yet... the 28th at the HoB.

By the way, here's their website: http://www.wingertheband.com/

Ralph = Stuart from Beavis & Butthead

                    :ROTF:

I'll admit it - I love Winger. But I never did Tiffany...
