I was a little ironic. Just a little.

By the way, as I told I love Rage and I'm an huge fan of the band. I have almost every record they did since their first Avenger days. Having said that, in my opinion Rage's best works are those made with the old trio lineup, the one with Manni Schmidt on the guitar. Sure, Manni isn't technical as Victor, but that line up was very very very creative. I Think about albums like Secrets In A Weird World, Trapped or The Missing Link, not to mention Perfect Man, which is really a classic.
I dig their later works also, and, as I said, I appreciate Victor Smolski as great guitar player, but, always in my opinion remember, the last two records are a little...I don't know. The last album I liked from Rage was Soundchaser. I miss Peavy songwriting. He write music way less than before, and that's a shame. He has a really uncommon melodic sense, making him capable in writing beautiful melodies...not that Victor isn't good as composer, but not that good, at least not for me.

Yeah, but everyone of any social status wore those wigs, so it was more "the In-thing to do" than "stage wear".

From the pics and the description of what he's playing, what he's wearing seems appropriate. Moreso than spikes and leather or corpsepaint or a Cannibal Corpse tee.

Or, God Forbid, baggie camo shorts and a hoodie.

Thanks Drizzt for the info. I guess i should read up on Rage, because i don't know much about their past. In fact, I know very little of them apart from Smolksi.

A little critisism.... on the DVD performance... the singer Peavy's english is utter...... crap! No biggie, but I just couldn't help notice it.

Other than those records I mentioned earlier, I suggest you to take a listen to the original Lingua Mortis studio album...

You need to investigate..I have all their shit..I will review their stuff later and get back to you in which ones you should check out..or ask Drizzt in the meantime...he seems to know!!

Peavy's accent/singing is less prounounced and better in studio..
