not bad. I'm still getting into it, and there are at least two tunes that are way too similar to some of their former stuff, but the song The Wake is fucking great, with great staccato guitar riffs and classic Richard Patrick huge vocals in the chorus, that one's a hair-raiser for sure.

he has a totally new band, and I guess that he had guest guitarists on the recording including John 5 and Wes Borland. WB gets a bad rap for previously being in that stupid rap band, but I give him credit for quitting that POS. his riffs are pretty badass and unusual. goofy fucker but he can do some great shit.

    glad to have FILTER back

i loved welcome to the fold. I still listen to that album.
"No cop, no stop, I don't care"
I got to sit on top of the doorway to Mazzotti's in downtown Huntington beach back in '93 when John 5 was playing with Randy Castillo in Red Square Black. The motherfukker could rip.
Not helping the situation since 1965!

Title of Record was awesome. Got my mate onto it and for a time virtually every time I was at his house we would listen to that album. That was a couple of years ago now so every time I hear it, it brings back a lot of good memories.

Didn't like the next album, couldn't get into it. It felt like they (Richard Patrick) were trying too hard.

Has anyone heard Army of Anyone? Curious as to how this would've sounded compared to Filter.

          Army of Anyone is great.
that is an excellent cd, although it did not do well commercially.
the drummer Ray Luzier is just insane.
and the DeLeos came through again.
