How could you forget!?!?! TNT is still turning out albums about every other year! Time to get on board, man!!

If you like what he did "back in the day", buy their "My Religion" cd - arguably the best work they've done to date.

the reason i titled the thread "anyone remember ronni le tek" is because of the MANY great guitarist threads i see he is never mentioned?
i am quite aware they are still churning out disc's

This guy has THE BEST tone of any metal guitarist EVER. He used a Roland Space Echo RE-150 as a preamp. That was the key to his tone. I've been trying to find one forever. ha ha

I totally remember him. He's one of my faves. I mentioned him in the "Worst Tone" thread that I revived on page 7.

First time I saw TNT's 10,000 Lovers video, I was hooked. Killer tone of the highest magnitude!

Back in the 80's my band used to cover Tell No Tales. It's been at least a decade since I listened to any TNT. I always liked his playing with the exception of that bionic picking noise

Fastest picking hand EVER. I don't think Paul Gilbert could pick as fast with his drill!!

I loved all of his playing, including the ultra-fast picking. I actually got to meet Ronni and the rest of TNT once, when they were playing at a bar in the Twin Cities. He was a nice guy, on top of being a fantastic musician.

Dammit! I just bought 2 Bogner 1x12 cubes. No funds

He did have a bionic picking sound but man that tone was soooo full, sooo rich and pleasing to the ear

MAJOR Le Tekro fan, here. One of my first real influences. Still shows in some of the licks I do, from time to time. Doing harmonics long before I heard Zakk, that's where I picked it up, at least. Ronnie has a site, with forums. I'm a member, there, but haven't been there in a while, now.
                          I'm not Ron!

Yes, you are correct. I think Hamburger Guitars made it for him, as well, although he was more known for his Checker guitar, a black 71' Fender Strat, modified.
