  • Trixter Kicks Ass!

Since Mike Learn posted about the guitar he built for Steve, I looked for a better audio version of their big hit "One in a Million". I love this sound and era. These guy's have that studio touch similar to the Stryper productions back in the day. Looks like Steve is playing Kelly looking guitar with a reverse headstock. (hard to see)Anybody know. I love this song.

It looks like a full size explorer. Maybe a Kramer?

I'm pretty sure it's a Hamer, or at least a Hamer neck. I don't know much about the band, but there was an advert running in the guitar mags that featured him and that guitar back in the early '90s.

There's a thread title I NEVER thought I'd see at JCF!!

I'll admit to owning their first cd though...

Hamer body, Kramer Nightswan neck. Steve had an awesome custom holoflash Kramer Nightswan back in the day.

Same here. I remember they came into a local bar here around '93 or '94, and they all got kicked out for not having any ID on them. Losers. :ROTF:

I saw them back in the 90's good show. Saw them at M Angelo's old stomping ground the Thirsty Whale.

I staggered out of the VIP tent at Rocklahoma a couple weeks ago and they were playing. I have to admit they weren't bad. I never liked them back in the day, I guess it was the balads, but they put on a good show - at least until the storm started. That was a better show...
