Tim sounds pretty damn good on the Soto tracks.

I'm really looking forward to hearing more from them now.

You know the guitar is gonna cost more than it's worth but it's still cool.
Currently at 78 guitars - Paul Reed Smith, Jackson, Robin, Washburn, Carvin, Peavey, U.S. Masters, G&L, Hamer, Godin, BC Rich, Yamaha, Fender, ESP, Kramer, Cort, Ibanez, Aria Pro & Charvel

Not only does Tim sound great on those tracks, but Yngwie's playing better IMO... he's actually playing the rhythm parts during those clips. The last time I saw him (a couple of years ago), all he did was shred the whole time. I walked out.

Sounds like he's milking notes a little more during his solos too. With the great vibrato/intonation he has, he should use it more.

I have one of his real early one YJM,1st series. I hardly ever play it. I'd have to sell all my guitars and them some for this thing.Nice to dream though.

"I think this is from biting. Wait, I know this is from biting.' Haha, he must have a strong jaw.

Yeah, I noticed that too. Maybe he was out of snacks and tried to eat his guitar a few years back when he was putting on weight?

When a snack attack hits, you gotta do something...

Aside from requiring Yngwie's chops, you'll also need a distortion box with that guitar. I've got an '07 YJM and you definitely need something like a DOD OD-250 to get anywhere near Yngwie's sound. The pickups he uses are surprisingly low output. I think most people would be shocked. They're probably the lowest-output single coils that I have in any of my guitars.
Takeoffs are optional but landings are mandatory.

100%, When I do play mine. . I cannot believe how low output they are.I cannot get a real good sound, even w/my Vox "XL"series. Def needs more "umph" or something. It plays againist you,not w/you. Def "Vintage sounding".

I was wondering when the Duck would be copied in the relic artist run.
