I remember that red and gold RR. I think somebody here owns it and posted a pic of it a year or so ago, if I recall correctly.

That was cool! Never saw that one. I was half-expecting to see the red Kelly that Hagar was known to play. It's nice to hear VH with Hagar play one of his songs that wasn't the "55" song. Cool leads too. VH makes a good cover band!

BTW, that must've been at the New Haven Coliseum which was imploded last year.

@ Michael "Miami Vice" Anthony on bass. Oh, the 80s, such colorful clothes. I'm gonna go breakout my old parachute pants!

Yeah. I remember that show. I was there, I'm sure I have the ticket stub somewhere.

A friend of mine is in the crowd shots at the very beginning of that video, and he wasn't even at the show. He had seen Rush there a week or so earlier and noticed guys filming the crowd It was pretty funny when we first noticed it

That's the first time I've seen VH with Hagar. I never liked any of the songs they did with him, and now I can see he actually looks really stupid as well. WTF is his hair all about? They replaced DLR with that guy. He's even wearing some kind of fucking CAPE there.

I'm probably in the minority here, but Hagar looks like he's part of the band. DLR always looks like he's a solo act.

Actually 5150 is one of my favorite albums by Van Halen, yes Sammy is no DLR, but they both were great in there own way.

As to how Sammy looks, obvious you are not an 80's person, because that was the 80's how we he was dressed.

And that cap is called a headset microphone which gives him the ability to run around and play guitar and still sing. It is called being a performer which alot of bands these days do not seem to know how to do!

Without watching the vid again, I think I said, and meant, CAPE not cap.
