He had MANY issues with the Line 6. I don't think either of them completely blew up, but I've heard rumors that one was "destroyed" out of serious frustration.Transitioning from Retired Musician from cover bands to a Full time vocalist/frontman/guitarist in an original and covers band....it's been a while and this should get NASTY!

I purchased HDMI cables from off the net for six bucks each and they are the same quality or better then the Moster HDMI cables that Best Buy sells for 60-80 bucks. Now they don't have fancy packaging or a nice name stenciled on the cable but don't think either of those items are worth the $50+ premium.

The only reason I bought two Monster cables is was because they get replaced for free no matter what if they break. I bought one guitar cable, used it for about 2 years, it broke, I brought it back and got a new one no questions asked, and I've been using that one for about two years.
Basically if you pay more, you have a cable forever as long as you don't lose it.
And Dave Mustaine is stupid. I would rather play a Crate than a Line6 and that's not saying much. Maybe that'll be Dave's next endorsement!

Don't worry James Hetfield is a Line 6 endorser. I just read somewhere is using Line 6 amps as well. http://www.line6.com/artists/175/
