    DAMN ! Had a chance to play for a few minutes with Guthrie Govan

    At Namm this year..(but i didnt, just said hi, and stood around like
    a moron...waiting for Greg Howe to show up! I had barely heard of
    Guthrie a few weeks before NAMM...so i missed a great opportunity
    to hear amazing stuff like this! Shiiit! This guy smokes!

    If i ever get to go to another NAMM show..im going to take advantage
    of a captive audience! (he was noodling around at the Cornford booth for
    about 4 hours! Im such an idiot. Howe never showed anyway...

    Guthrie Govan is in incredible player, his album 'Erotic Cakes' is a masterpiece to say the least.

    Sucks you missed him though, damn.

        Its worse than that! I stood next to him, while he doodled
        around...with no one bothering him! I could have been that bother...
        Instead i small talked a bit with him...having a boner for whenever
        Greg Howe might show up... he didnt...and it still makes me mad
        that i didnt spend an hour..(would have been a private lesson from
        Guthrie) having him 4 feet in front of me! Wasted oppotunities...shit

                You could have asked him if he had any pointers for keeping the guitar finish from sticking to you when you play in underwear...
