Have seen them a few times. They really are pretty good live. Still amazed not only with how well he plays but that he sings also. Kind of like the lead singer/guitarist for Emporer.

I had only heard Belphegor once, on a burned "mix tape" CD that I was borrowing. I was impressed by that, and also saw them live on the Amon Amarth tour. Very good musicians, but I don't think I could buy one of their albums in a store with a straight face.

Haha yeah...they are goofy!! At first, I'm not going to lie, after having got and fallen in love with Pestapokalypse VI, I thought Bondage Goat Zombie was a joke Well...not really. It rapes. Listening to it right now, actually. Mmmmhh Sexdictator Lucifer!!

Well...don't have a straight face. I sure as hell didn't when I found BGZ in Silver Platters!! Also found Morphosis by Hate the same day. Much black metal was heard on the way home that day
