Did anyone see that vid of Dave takin on a Senator? Might have been

on Nightline? Anyway, he sure tore that old man a new ass! Very well
spoken, and i remember his last line..."The young people of America are
not going to let you old farts ruin it"! :-))

I love Dav'es guitar playing. I have hard some of Dave's political rants. I really think he should learn from the Dixie chicks.

When you preach politics to your fans, you have a 50/50 shot at them agreeing with you the way the country has always been divided. You have a lot better chance of pissing off the half that doesn't agree with you to the point that they will never buy another album from you then you do making the half that agrees with you go out and buy more albums than they normally would have. Politics and Music just doesn't mix well.
