just heard the new single and it's great, can't wait for the new album

been a fan since late 90's, brilliant songwriters, a mainstream band who can actually play rock and use British Invasion ideas like they should be used.

I couldn't agree more. I love the variety of excellent guitar tones and textures in their songs. They deserve more recognition on our side of the ocean for sure.

Sounds like they rediscovered their balls... I like their stuff up to Everything Must Go, but after that, as far as I'm concerned it became self satisfied, patronising, preachy, musak styled bullshit...

I liked them in the early 90's but haven't heard anything that they've done since. Didn't one of their members go missing at some point?

Yeah, no fucking wonder, they are a band who really get on my tits (only narrowly beaten by the Stereophonics in the order I would shoot them).

The rest of them should jump off Clifton Suspension Bridge too.
So I woke up,rolled over and who was lying next to me? Only Bonnie Langford!

          I nearly broke her back

since the mid-late 90's they became pretty big in Europe, their second guitarist Richey Edwards dissapeared in '95.

well, doesn't their name give it away :ROTF:

ouch.... c'mon, it wasn't that bad... I agree they went more pop on some albums but they still had plenty of great songs and interesting guitar work

they would but Saxon told them to ride like the wind instead :ROTF:

I send Auntie Shobs down there in person, bearing sheep and polaroids of my cock. They think I'm a Great English Lord, their Master. (Cos I am, we all are)

I thought Muse or Ocean Colour Scene would hold that title.

Bastard! You are correct, both of those would be further up the line, and even then they'd have to make way for Radiohead's death.

We may fuck sheep, but we sell them to the English after and you lot eat them. Just think how many lamb chops you've guzzled.
