calling Genesis "80's pop" shows a lack of musical knowledge folks. that's a prog band there, yes changed over time but still, please. that's a great song by a great band and a pretty amazing performance.
that extended jam where Phil and Chester are both drumming and Tony Banks is killing the keys and Rutherford actually does a good job with the solo (although I find his solo tone here a bit thin), that's some awesome stuff.the guitar players look damaged - they've been outcasts all their lives

I assure you, I have no "lack" of knowlege in c/w with rock/metal bands..
Anywhoo, The key word to the topic is "ferocious" with a pretty cut and dry definition. No different than defining Adolf Hitler as "tolerant"."Bill, Smoke a Bowl and Crank Van Halen I, Life is better when I do that"

Classic Genesis is one of my top favorite bands. Then Peter Gabriel left and in my opinion, they started sucking. Then Steve Hackett left and everything went to shit. PC was an unbelievable drummer and an overall talented musician.... but... should have stayed behind the set.
I wish for a reunion tour."I would have banned you for taking part in hijacking and derailing a thread when you could have started your own thread about your own topic." - Unknown

Listening to a Billy Sheehan solo is like listening to a 5 year old kid with ADHD and a very bad stutter..it's amusing for about 5 seconds."Bill, Smoke a Bowl and Crank Van Halen I, Life is better when I do that"
