Funny, because I was just reading something on Guitar Idol, and half the time I'm not impressed with the people or their music. But this is awesome!

Why does it matter if they are "asian" shredders or not? Anyway I hear alot of larry carlton in his melodies and feel. I like it alot.

I was more into that style when I concentrated on bass, but he's damn good ..kinda like EJ/JS with a little Gambale legato and vibe.

I personally do not care how it was built as long as it is a good playing/sounding instrument.

Shredding is just another tool in the tool box...you can't fix everything with a hammer.

Holy shit! that was pretty deep for me at 7am...

quoted for truth! that guy has some good control and the tone is rad. he's got a jb at the bridge and jazz at the neck. im thinking maybe i should've gone with the jazz instead of my 59 at the neck now!
good tone isn't something you learn, its something you develop.

I'm prolly the most "pointless" guitarist on the planet..

I don't play like this dude..I don't play blues and whenever I pick up an acoustic guitar.. I play Eruption on it..
