Sounds promising. Should be at the very least better than Chickenfoot.

I hooked up my accelerator pedal in my car to my brake lights. I hit the gas, people behind me stop, and I'm gone.

don't know what to expect, can't tell much about the 1st sample, the second sample sounded cool and Oni's voice was really awesome on it but the third one sounded cheesy as hell

George doesn't have the fire any more. The last 3 or 4 things I've gotten from him...meh.

The last Lynch disc I really liked was the Lynch/Pilson project.

as much as I hate to say it, I agree.

I used to idolize Lynch's older stuff. I still do. he is just lost the mojo though. the music is gone. the creative vibe that was GL is absent. he is too much technique and not enough music. IMO the last thing he did worth shit was Sacred Groove. after that.......its just notes. no mojo. no GL. where is the vibe? its gone.

              he lost that lovin feelin'

I hate it when that happens...

I was listening to "Under Lock & Key" most of this week. Now THERE is some good playing & tone - arguably the best he had. "Back for the Attack" was pretty good too, but I thought the song writing on UL&K was better. The last thing I liked by GL was the second Lynch Mob cd. I got "Lynch/Pilson" - nope. I got "Re-Evolution" - nope. "Furious George"?? Nuh-uh. It was all junk. A couple rare moments, but mostly uninspired filler. Downtuned racket.

I hope that the new Lynch Mob smokes (not like "Smoke This" though...). I already pre-ordered through Zane's website.

Chickenshit...ooops... I mean foot.... Satch definitely doesn't fit there. I loved seeing Mr. Anthony brutalize the bass again, but the whole thing sounded like a bad Hagar disc. No disrespect to Joe or Mike, but come on... what was that shit?

I still have BFTA in regular rotation. His tone on that album is his best IMO.

yea, its a damn shame what happened to GL. his playing went right down the tubes after "Sacred Groove". he was pure magic back in the day. Fukkin genious shit he put out on the first 4 Dokken CD's. IMO, Back for the Attack was the pinnacle of his guitar playing and tone. he was on his game. I really like Tooth and Nail tone too. man that tone on that CD had space. Something with the delay was just perfect.....created a frequency canceling or something that produced a wicked growling guitar at a distance.... Sounded like two grizzly bears fukking in a cave.
