MightyMite necks?

I'm pimping out a Randy Rhoads Ex and want to put on a nice reverse headstock, shark tooth inlay neck. Anyone have experience with buying/ using Mighty Mite necks lic'd by Fender? Quality woods? Sound construction? Good fret wire? They supposedly use USA wood and ship it overseas to have it cheaply manufactured.

yep made in korea. I don't know about the necks but I have a mm body and it's an OK quilt top but it does have a really good tone to it.
