If Charvel won't produce it, I'll make my own!

So the idea of a "Jake clone" was tossed as I'd truly like a pearlescent finish on the guitar. Not 100 percent authentic but it's going to be a very cool guitar. I hope to grab up the parts, have the body sprayed by Marty Bell...He did an awesome job on my old flamed maple Jackson that's over in Europe now. Not sure about the neck/fingerboard. If all I can find is a maple maple str$thead, then i guess that'll have to do. Also, the so-cal's...the routing is what? HSH?

Fall/winter definitely brings my G.A.S. right back to full strength!! Which is always good. Music is very therapeutic and making some new stuff is always fun.

Should I bother using authentic Charvel parts or do something like Warmoth or Musikraft?
