Charvel is nuts if they don't put that into production. That would sell like crazy!
Look, I don't mean to sound like a dick, but, it always cracks me up when some mentally deranged idiot spews his retarded idea for his dream guitar out and then claims that it would "sell like crazy."
I know there have been other threads discussing why they wouldn't or couldn't throw pointies into the mix but what about making some of the wild card's with pointies, anyone think that could be a possibility? A Ferrari Red 1 Hum pointy with chrome would sell like crazy!! What do you guys think?
And to think that this one simple post brought this all about
Brilliant!!!
I live on the edge of danger facing life and death every single day.....then I leave her at home and go disarm bombs.
B - In the grand scheme of things, they weren't that much more. I think they were between 1600 - 1900? Which is just a little bit north of a ProMod plus a case and a Floyd. Either way, they ended up being blown out for less than what a ProMod goes for new.
I believe some were even more than that but still, even at the low end, $1600 is considerably more than what the Pro Mods were introduced at. Those were $999 when they originally came out and some dealers were selling them at more like $875-899. Thats how I got my Tangerine So-Cal
Going on E-Bay, I can buy 2 Pro-Mods for the price of a pointy Charvel. Anyway, I like 'em both and have some of each for that reason.
Not to be a dick or anything, but if you can't afford to hire someone to clean up your astroglide mess, you shouldn't be looking to buy that guitar. Maybe a Squier with a stripped neck and lemon oil would be more your speed.
Cock dragon graphic and astroglide neck means it will require some kind of headstock mounted yogurt cannon that activates when you do 22nd fret full step or greater bends.
