  • New (old) Charvel day

Haven't posted here in a while, but the other day a friend who works at a music store I frequent emailed me some pix of an old 1984 Charvel they just got in, and it was so cool I just had to have it! Serial number in the 35xx's. One piece quilt maple body, ebony fingerboard, Duncan Jazz/JB pickups which look stock. Thought you all would dig seeing some pix of it.

Thanks guys! I still have to do some cleaning and tweaking on it yet, but it's really sweet as-is.

Bathroom scale says 8.5 lbs, so it's not a George Lynch-like 14lb monster.

the guitar players look damaged - they've been outcasts all their lives

That is quite the looker.Love quilts a lot just don't see one very often.
Pretty early for a Dinky body too.
