And Trace has been nothing but stand up on this forum. I've never seen an ounce of "I'm better than you" in anything he's posted. I've seen a ton of threads where Trace posts "nice guitar" or "great pick up" when someone else posts a new acquisition--he's always one of the first to compliment someone else's gear. I welcome seeing the history that Trace owns...there's a lot of cool shit that I never would have known existed without seeing some of these pics.

PS--Not sure if anyone mentioned the fact that your #2 favorite has such a great neck pickup sound is probably because the neck pickup is an inch towards the middle of the guitar! Bet it sounds clearer, and brighter than most neck pickups?

thanks everyone..like I said I normally just post over on the Charvel board these days as there is less backlash. Maybe it is because the membership over there includes more members that are fellow collectors and can understand the disease...lol

oh, are you talking about Trace's pics? Make sure you stay away from places like Guitar Center - those places are just TEEMING with guitars! If a couple of photos of a room full of guitars makes you nauseous, the sight of an entire store full of them in person will make you puke pea soup

I'm a n00b but I absolutely love that collection! I'd settle with, say, 20 of those...

The wives have been brought in to look at the pictures, mine just loved all the wonderful colors on the guitars. Maybe I should take that as a permission huh?
