This works out to just about the same price as a blue flame Charvel.

This us the second time you have mentioned this avenue. Listen, I appreciate your input but its my money and i'll spend it as I wish. You are advising me to buy used on eBay.. not everyone is comfortable with that risk. We already know that I overpaid for this and that Mike learn is a God amongst men. . I got exactly what I wanted, a hand painted, one of a kind new guitar for a fair price. Stop trying to make those of us feel liike idiots.

I also know how to change oil and make pizza but that doesn't stop me from convienently dropping off my cars to my mechanic or ordering a pizza out from time to time.

right. That's a completely viable option and guys here have done exactly that. He could have bought a Model 3 for even less, sent it off to Learn Guitars and saved even more money. But if you wanted to order a brand new guitar with the same graphic from Jackson/Charvel you would be paying considerably more. Check out how much those NAMM guitars that Mike & Dan paint go for. Or even look at how much it costs for a guitar with one of Dan's production graphics.

You're also conveniently overlooking the fact that Mike's offer is a JCF Bro-deal too. How much does that graphic cost to the general public?

So if we consider the cost of a brand new Pro Mod (not secondhand), the full cost of the graphic work, shipping from the original seller, shipping & insurance to and from Learn Guitars - what would be the real cost for a non-JCF member looking for a brand new guitar and who doesn't have access to a great price on the graphic?
      Hail yesterday

His name is Mauricio Luna. Not much on him from google searches, not sure if he has a shop or if he's a Charvel / FMIC employee.

Sweet! Green with envy over here man.

But congrats for the score. How are you going to divide play-time between the SD and SoCal?

Toms River Music (NJ) has one with the yellow flames sitting on the wall right now. What is it...a hundred dollar difference between the blue and yellow flamed guitars? I didn't like the yellow flames....it looked a little cheesy IMO...if they would've had the blue flamed guitar there, I would've absolutely bought this guitar instead of the trans gold HSS San Dimas. I guess that's the beauty of a limited run. You get one, and there aren't too many other folks that have them.
Beautiful guitar bro...I dig it big time...and I don't typically like flashy/painted guitars. Much prefer sunburst, classic colored guitars. This one really pops though..and your pics are great. Enjoy it man!

Isn't that price too good for it to be hand painted? I have a feeling it is only hand numbered and the guy who numbered and signed it just did the original artwork for that graphic. Still a kick ass guitar, wish I had the money to pick one up.

If you look closely at the picture of each one, the flame is different on each guitar, so I think it's hand painted

its definitely hand painted. I have seen about 5 others (in photos, not in real life) and they are all different.

I'm not usually much into graphics, but that is stunning. Lucky bastard!
