    i don't know how old it and nothing more.

    looks like a mutt to me
    Model 375 body
    Model 4 neck
    Fort Worth Texas plate, meaning made in Japan.

    Prolly plays great!

      Looks like a Charvel 375-body with a model 4 neck with floyd lock-nut installed..

              It's a mix of parts, all Charvel, Body and neck made in japan.
              Model 4 necks ROCK by the way, as do 375 bodies.
              Pickups and trem are nothing to sneeze at either.
              All good shit.

              Ft. Worth, TX is where the company (IMC?) had it's headquarters at that time.

                              Is it possibly a foreign market only model? Im thinking that the OP might be located outside the U.S. Or do they have plates with no address on them.
