Looks like a wayne charvel, not sure if those are warmoth neck and body or if they were under the boogie body logo at the time. I run just from that neck gap!
probably legit but overpriced to me.

The body edge radius don't look right... actually looks more Kramer.

The neck is definitely Warmoth. You can see the logo on the heel in one of the shots. The body probably is too. AFAIK, Wayne has never made his own necks & bodies. IMO, it's probably as "legit" as if you bought a Wayne today. Plenty of small builders work with sourced parts. The problem some people have with these is that the part maker's mark is there to see, so I guess it spoils the illusion.
