Please help ID this Charvel

Hi, any help greatly appreciated. Looks definitely like the San Dimas Koa body, Floyd and Seymour. But seems to not have the San Dimas Koa neck. Also, any infor on the neckplate? NJM #1 ??? any help greatly appreciated!

It's not even a Charvel parts mutt. The body is definately not Charvel. The neck may be, but I can't tell for sure from the pics. Also, never seen a Charvel neck plate like that.

Warmoth body. Cheap one too.
3 piece top and a 5 piece body.
Neck isn't a Charvel either.
The logo looks like a Best-Decals peel and stick.
