Are ProMod / San Dimas bodies the same shape as a Fender strat?

Are they exactly the same, or are the curves, horns, etc. shaped different?

Nope.

Edit -

They're basically the same. The biggest differences are going to be:

- forearm contour
- belly contour
- edge radius
- neck pocket

And of course, it matters what Strat body you're talking about - 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's - they've changed as the years have passed.

Ok, you know I'm working on a Dave Murray build. I'm thinking of using a So-Cal body and neck because zero mods will be needed. How close would you say it would be to your offical DM Strat? Shape wise...I'm going for the Floyded version...
