I like your sig line because that white one belongs to a Mr. Dokken...and he loves the black hardware, so a swap will not be forthcoming. But, it would make it pop, you're right.
Who cares about Don Dokken....lol....Now if you were talking about Lynch...thats different

Appreciate the comments, and even though I was hoping for something BLACKER, I really like how this turned out...really pops and light years ahead of flat black. Fit/finish on Sully's work is excellent, too!
And sorry, no, not Don Dokken...note that I said "a Mr. Dokken". The white guitar in the pic is my buddy's guitar, whose last name is Dokken...made for good conversations with people who came to our shows back-in-the-day.
I dig it man. Thanks again for the info. I've done some other work on mine...added a bunch of chrome. I might end up staying with the stock black pickguard...or go with a black-white-black gloss guard, if I can find one.
