When were the recent Charvel pointy reissues officially discontinued? I thought it was 06 but I recenty aquired a NOS pointy in a dealer trade and the hang tag says 7/30/07. I was told it was a CS piece but it sure looks like a RI pointy. Sorry, no picks yet as I just got it but they will be coming soon.

I loved the Ferrari Red HSS Floyd ebony board pointy I played at Sam Ash in NYC all those years ago - but $1999 for a Model 4 was just a bit too much.-------------------------

I thought they came out in '05 and were discontinued in like '07.I feel my soul go cold... only the dead are smiling.Comment

The last pointy reissue which I saw during compiling the Charvel list has a final inspection of 08-20-2007.
