I don't know much about the San Dimas era, but what say you about this? Good at this price? Does what he say about the neck sound legit?

Body and plate may go together...but that is not an old Charvel neck. 12th fret dots are off, and no skunk stripe.

According to an old gallery, that one is listed as having an added Warmoth neck. It had a pair of double creams at the time of the gallery pic. I think I'd grab it at that price (even though the dude probably knows he's BSing about the neck) and try to find a nice Charvel neck for it. You might be able to talk him down if you call him on the neck, but it's really not a bad deal as is, imo.
