Not Sure Just What Charvel this is...San Francisco?

Just found a Charvel with NO logo on the front of the headstock but on the BACK of the headstock it says Charvel with 'San Francisco' under Charvel.

Maple neck, white/yellow body 3 pickups.

Is this an import or a USA? Fake?

Oh, the fretboard is scalloped.

Anyone have any idea what year/model/value it is?

It probably says Chandler. Chandler was in SF and made/makes parts and guitars.

Thanks for the tip. You are right. I found a pic on the net for a Chandler logo and it's the same logo. Time to get some new glasses.



The clerk said it's a Charvel when he handed it to me and I was focused on the scalloped fret board.

Chandler made great stuff so if the body and neck are Chandler (be sure to check the neck pocket on the guitar) depending on condition say $300.00.
If the dealer or guy isn't willing to pull the neck I wouldn't jump on it for much more.
If he never heard of Chandler you might take the plunge and do OK and have a great guitar.Don't offer any info by the way and get it for as cheap as you can.
