Custom Shop on the headstock is a choice when each guitar is built. Many of the old school guys don't want that on their builds because they want them like the old ones. There's even a line on the work order "Custom Shop Logo - Yes or No"

I'd love a flat top slab quilt top just like that, old Charvel body shape....with Ivoiroid binding....mmmmm....lovely
