LOL! I'm afraid I'd have to agree. I own many different guitars, but never a Tele. To me, tele=country=bad. Of course the guy from Slipnot had his hot rodded teles. The only "Tele" guitars I'd be interested in is a Criss Olivia tribute or a neck-thru arch-top ESP with a Jackson headstock I saw once on ebay in white. I'm not sure but I think the other guitarist from GnR played this in the SCOM video.Comment

The hate is fair enough. The shape doesn't really inspire me much either. But they are soooo comfortable! Really unexpected considering the lack of front contours. Also much brass is overkill, tuners and pot and switch with a creme toggle OK but I draw the line at the Trem and locking nut, that is for boutique guitars or nice cap finishes IMO. It looks like cheap jewellery or a Hum V with chrome rims and low profiles. It's supposed to be a beast.
