Too much for a production guitar. An extra couple of hundred and you could have got a used legacy or custom shop for that. Where are all these folks with money to burn coming out of the woodwork from anyhow? I bid on a Charvel Hardtail brass bridge and it went to $150 odd. A year ago, one sat on there for $75 for weeks unsold. Same with crownhead tuners. Fetching loads of money.
In fairness its probably worth that, but I'm so tight, it annoys me, especially in a recession. I know saving aren't getting a return, but there is no need to buy up all the Charvel gear from those of us who don't have any savings.
