I've been trying to track down a copy of the old PDF form Charvel used for their Custom Orders/Quotes... Was hoping a forum member might have one.. I know that they don't use them anymore but I'm sure there has to be a copy out there....I also wanted to know what the current custom order program is?? From what I've read the wait is incredibly long.. Like over a year wait!!
