    And back...

Played not too bad out of the case, but definitely needs a setup... looking forward to letting this baby rip!

Back in '88 it was between an Ibanez 540R and a Charvel, silly me I chose the Ibanez, although I did like it at the time, I should've gone with the Charvel... well, now I've finally corrected that mistake

      Nice!

        That is killer!

The colors on that snakeskin are some of the most realistic I've seen, and H/S always gets a big thumbs up from me.

        What year is it?

That's the reason I leaned towards the DeMartini Snake, I absolutely wanted a H/S configuration but also a Custom Shop and didn't want to wait the 12-18 months.

They're a pain to find up here in Canada so I had it shipped up from the States (just love those customs charges), I stumbled on a NOS (made in '10) from a shop in Maryland... so far I'm very happy with it, can't wait to set it up to my preferences.

It should go great with my 50 watt NMV Marshall

Wow, that's hot. I recently picked up my first Ibanez, a 1990 RG550. Not bad guitars at all. Either is a good choice. The only issue I have with Ibanez is that those bright rainbow finishes and vines turn me off. I never got into Via or Satch. My RG550 is a very "metal" black on black.

I'm not into bolt-on / Charvels so much, but that is really awesome! Great pics, too!

Great looking guitar and I love the pickup combo!
When I read the title of the thread I was expecting a Pro Mod. Really went all out for your first Charvel...Nice!
No honey, I have always had this Jackson....

I'm going to have to go hide my first Charvel away in shame after seeing that!
