Much thanks and you're for sure correct...

I love mondo frets, it's the only way to play.
Steevo, are you playing out right now or just jamming at home?
Yeah, those are Sanko SBB-215 Jumbo frets...

Not playing out Tommy - not my thing since I was playing original music in the 80s trying to get signed. I just record clips at home, do the occasional free form jams and I'm launching my new amp company at the LA Amp Show this weekend. Check 'em out:

Wow, you have a Whitey as well Sully? And you guys' serial #'s are just so cool!
How many of these were built again? And were the serial #'s in sequential order from start to finish or were they chosen @ random?
I read somewhere about the original workorder/spec sheet, maybe that was you Sully, but I can trecall offhand and i'm in the middle of posting this, so i figured I'd ask about that since I'm on the subject.
I would love to see that sometime.

Jake's guitar had a Duncan "Allen holdsworth Custom" pickup in it.. Good luck finding one of those!

Changes made to avoid the artist blockage issues

                  Ebony instead of rosewood.
                  22 instead of 21
black hardware instead of a chrome input jack
                  non angled singels (universal route)
                  standard 4 bolt charvel plated

                  I know I'm missig a few

I'm pretty sure you can still order one through Duncan's Custom Shop.

Yes you can, and they show up online quite a bit as well. Pricey, but they show up.
Thanks for the replies. I totally forgot about the 21/22 fret artist similar rule. So only 10 made? Damn! And all 10 were righthanded I'm assuming. lol

Yes all 10 were right handed. I only know where 4 of the 10 are.

I figured as much, that's why I built my own, but I'm doing a more accurate version of whitey. Mine is a mix of Whitey and his Daphne Blue Holdsworth.
At any rate, I'm having a great time reading up on these guitars, and I appreciate very much all of your time and help, and I thank you for all the great pictures and information. Very cool.
Also, it's neat that you know of 4 of them.
